We want you to be delighted with your Newbridge Silverware purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unworn, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Complete the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different piece.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back into its signature Newbridge Silverware gift box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Postal Dispatch

  Address your package to our returns department in County Kildare and dispatch it via a registered or traceable postal service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
